Area is a company that supports its agents. We do everything possible to allow the agent to do what they are great at—working with clients. Agents are effective because they have great people skills. We don’t want to dilute their talent with excessive paperwork.

Our process is as virtual as possible and paperless too; all of our files are digital and we only use digital signatures for our contracts. Area provides other conveniences for agents, such as watching deadlines and coordinating with loan officers and attorneys so they don’t have to. We offer a comfortable home base with an open door—a central place for agents and clients to meet.
